We are looking for a Consultant interested to work for Fidenza Village to support the business with a specific focus on Chinese Guests


  • Good Knowledge of Chinese and English Language
  • Good knowledge of Chinese Culture in order to provide the most appropriate service to our Chinese guests
  • Familiar with the Chinese expat community, in particular in Milan
  • A self- motivated candidate with entrepreneurial spirit. Innovation & resilience are key!
  • Comfortable at working in a challenging and fast changing environment
  • A multi tasker who loves a fast- paced environment. We call it the “China Speed”!
  • A curious mind, commercially driven in an international environment
  • A Macro and Micro mindset: we are all hands on in making it happen
  • A story teller – who engages different audiences with passion and convincing evidence!

  • First contact for Chinese Corporate in Italy
  • Assist China Media Agency and whenever useful to attend meetings
  • Support to welcome and host Chinese Groups and individual travellers
  • To support and expand the relationship with Chinese Hotels and all relevant channels


  • To recommend the right brand to the right guests (especially, but not excluding thru Chinese hostesses)
  • To recommend the Key Services for Chinese guests (Alipay recommendation, Mileage, Tax free etc. Welcome Chinese certification etc) [track # of guests]
  • Supporting the distribution of the VIP cards in the Village
  • Supporting the Push WeChat account Scan
  • Encourage posting (WeChat and dian ping etc)
  • Sharing tips and indication about Chinese Culture among internal and external stakeholders, to support in delivering the best storytelling to be shared across all Chinese Media Channels
  • Improve Chinese experience in Village: identify new ways to host and let our Chinese Guests feel at home while in Village (customer experience).


  • Average three times a week in the Fidenza Village
