Adecco Italia SpA is recruiting, for the Italian unit of a well known ICT Group, a:

Devices Repair Specialist

Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for building up Customer Service supplier competence in repair of devices, with specific focus on PC, TV, printer, mobile phone;
- Responsible for repair SPI (Service Preparation Introduction) of new products, arrange training and test for service center for new product repair;
- Responsible management of Customer Service repair related KPI: bounce repair, unit repair cost, repair tool usage rate, daily monitor KPI, find out operation issues , make improvement plan with supplier, training supplier’s agents to achieve business target.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of repair experience, with mandatory experience in PC repair;
- Expertise in technology and strong interest in repair of devices;
- Fluent knowledge of Italian and English is mandatory, Chinese will be a strong plus;
- Strong willingness to learn;
- Strong inclination towards team working.

We offer 1 year fixed term contract, salary package commensurate with experience.

Spare Parts Specialist - Chinese Mother Tongue

The Spare Parts Specialist will work in the Customer Service Department and will be responsible of guaranteeing the proper management of spare parts supply to the authorized service centers, in charge of the repair of devices to final consumers.

Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers about spare parts applying, returning, and stocktaking;
- Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse about spare part provision planning (shortage, replacement etc.);
- Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse about spare part return discrepancy;
- Support Customer Service suppliers in registering orders and/or issues on the company service systems, clarifying related regulations.

Must have:
- Outstanding academic background in Engineering or Economics;
- Excellent Excel skills;
- Knowledge and understanding of customer care and related analytics;
- Knowledge of general after sales service process flow;
- Fluent knowledge of Italian, English and Chinese is mandatory;
- Strong inclination towards team working.

We offer 1 year fixed term contract, salary package commensurate with experience.
