Tax Refund Operator – Milano

WHERE: Global Blue Refund Point, located at La Rinascente Store (Milan)

WORKING HOURS: full time

DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES:

• Issue, verify and refund Tax Free forms to international travellers
• Ensure a satisfactory experience for our customers
• Prepare reports as needed
• Observe Global Blue and Merchant’s policies, guidelines and procedures
• Collaborate with peers at the same and other Refund/Downtown points, collaborate with Merchant’s staff

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• University Graduates / Senior year University students
• Fluent in English and Chinese/Arabic
• Must be dedicated to service and customer satisfaction
• Must be able to handle stress
• Must be flexible in terms of working hours (it is a full time position
